Working Principle:
The working principle of the Accuvon lobe pump involves two parallel shafts driven by synchronized gears. The two shafts rotate relative to each other, with rotors mounted on them and positioned within the pump casing. The gap between the rotors and the pump casing is minimal, effectively sealing the pump's inlet and outlet. During operation, small cavities are continuously formed between the rotors and the pump casing. The medium filling these cavities is pushed from the inlet to the outlet by the rotating rotors. The medium flows continuously from the inlet to the outlet without the need for valves. The pump exerts minimal pressure and shear on the medium, which can be considered negligible, resulting in almost no pulsation.
