Working Principle:
The working principle of the Accuvon lobe pump involves two parallel shafts driven by synchronized gears. The two shafts rotate relative to each other, with rotors mounted and positioned within the pump casing. The gap between the rotors and the pump casing is minimal, effectively sealing the pump's inlet and outlet. Small cavities are continuously formed between the rotors and the pump casing during operation. The rotating rotors push the medium filling these cavities from the inlet to the outlet. The medium flows continuously from the inlet to the outlet without the need for valves. The pump exerts minimal pressure and shear on the medium, which can be considered negligible, resulting in almost no pulsation.
